DLSU TOPS PH EDUCATION STUDIES IN 2026 SUBJECT RANKINGS
DE LA SALLE University emerged as the No. 1 university in the Philippines for Education Studies, placing in the 401–500 band of the 2026 Times Higher Education World University Rankings by Subject.
College of Education Dean Dr. Christine Joy A. Ballada said the subject rankings help students identify institutions aligned with their academic and career goals while enabling administrators and curriculum developers to assess program quality and reputation.
Aside from Education Studies, DLSU also ranked No. 1 in the Philippines in Arts and Humanities (601–800), Engineering (1,251+), Psychology (401–500), and Social Sciences (801–1000).
The university also led among private Philippine institutions in Business and Economics, placing in the 1,001+ band globally.
DLSU earned recognition in other subject areas, including Computer Science (1,001+) and Physical Sciences (1,251+), reflecting its broad academic presence across disciplines.
The Times Higher Education subject rankings use the same performance indicators as the overall world rankings, calibrated to reflect the distinct strengths and priorities of each academic field.
