CAVITE State University’s College of Medicine signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the local government unit of Indang, Cavite to improve the health status of nearby communities.

The collaboration between CvSU – COM and the LGU will focus on creating community health care programs for the communities.

The project will be implemented in coordination with Indang’s Rural Health Unit.

“The said partnership between CvSU-COM and LGU Indang Rural Health Unit seeks to formulate and implement community focused health care programs, services, processes and systems; research and development activities; and other educational exchanges of mutual interest beneficial to both institutions,” the university said.

The college and the LGU will collaborate with other stakeholders and beneficiaries to ensure the success of the project.
