THE CITY government of Tagum said it will buy the creative works of the senior high school students of the Tagum City National Comprehensive High School.

Tourism Council Chairperson Madame Alma Uy said that artworks depict the beautiful scenery of the city.

Through its “Kalikha” project, the city added that the works of the students will be displayed in a mall where potential buyers can view them.

The city encouraged the student-artists to improve their works which showcase the culture of Tagum.

Producers, meanwhile, promised to adapt the scale of output based on the demand of the target market.

Teachers were proud that the students have sold a lot of artwork, some of them displayed at the Pasalubong Center of the Cultural Center of Tagum.
