THE CATANDUANES State University will participate in the UI GreenMetric World University Rankings 2023.

The environmental sustainability rankings was initiated by Universitas Indonesia in 2010. It ranks educational institutions through 39 indicators in 6 criteria, which evaluate universities’ environmental commitment and initiatives.

Prof. Zyra Mae Tumala, the director of the Center for International Relations and Continuing Professional Development Services, led a meeting where the guidelines, methodology and questionnaires were presented.

“We are creating the future of CatSU. We are doing our best to give the best to our students and our community. And putting CatSU on the world map is one thing that we can achieve if we work together. It is our collective effort that will bring us to this goal,” University President Dr. Patrick Alain Azanza said.

“We will be the ones who will put our university on the UI GreenMetric World University Rankings, and I am certain we can do this,” Dr. Lily Custodio, executive vice president, said.
