OBSERVE PROPER ‘NETIQUETTE’ DURING WEBINAR, LETRAN TELLS ITS LEARNERS
THE COLEGIO de San Juan de Letrán has echoed the Department of Justice’s public advisory on the conduct of online classes.
The school advised its students to never share meeting room credentials, observe proper webinar ‘netiquette’ and to report any irregularities to authorities.
“Letran faculty, students and parents are advised to take note of these reminders and report violations to appropriate authorities,” Letran said on Facebook.
The school also urged parents to be hands-on with their supervision of their children during class hours.
“Parents and guardians should conscientiously guide their children and wards in their online activities, especially during online classes,” the Muralla-based school added.
Meanwhile, Letran announced all classes will be conducted asynchronously from September 25 to 30, 2020, to give way for the emergency maintenance of internet providers in the country.
