STUDENTS who will take the Bar examination in November can settle their exam fees through online payment, the Supreme Court announced.

Aside from over-the-counter payment through any Landbank of the Philippines branch nationwide, the court said applicants can pay online through the Landbank Link.Biz portal.

Applicants must select the Judiciary ePayment Solutions as the merchant.

The tribunal said that applicants will also soon have the option of using Visa and Mastercard debit cards and credit cards to pay the fee.

The online payment option for Bar fee is in line with the objective of Justice Marvic Leonen, chairperson of the 2020/2021 Bar Examinations, to make the localized and digitalized exam seamless, inclusive, accessible, less costly, environmentally friendly, and compliant with safety and health protocols imposed by the Covid19 Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases.

Leonen said that the exams can be taken in local testing centers.
