THREE-TIME PVL MVP MYLA PABLO JOINS PETROGAZZ
With the possible launching of the Premier Volleyball League (PVL) Season, PetroGazz continues to gun its roster with the addition of former PVL MVP Myla Pablo to the team.
Pablo was picked from the Motolite roster right after the team decided to take a leave of absence in January, the lethal spiker was also part of Pocari Sweat from 2016 to 2018.
The veteran volleyball player averred that the Angels is incomparable when it comes to recruiting.
“PetroGazz, among other teams, ang nagpakita talaga ng sincerity at sobrang naging consistent,” Pablo propounded.
“Napakalaking factor noong management sa akin, and una pa lang, naramdaman ko ‘yung willingness at pag-alaga…alam ko, I’m in good hands kasama sila,” she added.
While the PetroGazz manager Camille Cruz shared to Spin.ph their delight to have Pablo in the team, “We are grateful for her commitment. Acquiring her doesn’t just give our team additional percentage scorer but more so another experienced or veteran leader in the industry.”
“Of course we want to work on team cohesion to start with. Whether through online and most especially when we’re given the go signal to practice as a team already, hopefully soon,” she concluded.
Pablo will power the team together with spikers Ces Molina and Mean Mendrez, middle blockers Rem Palma and Marivic Meneses, and national team libero Kath Arado.
With the fully loaded lineup, PetroGazz will be powering up for the upcoming PVL Open Conference to be staged in a bubble setup at the Inspire Sports Academy in Calamba, Laguna.
The 27-year-old Pablo shared her gratitude to PetroGazz as she posted in her Twitter account, “Thank po, Petrogazz Fam,” the tweet stated.
