FEU WAIVES ENTRANCE EXAMS FOR A.Y. 2021-2022
The Far Eastern University has replaced the entrance exam for first year applicants of Academic Year 2021-2022 with a new screening process.
In accordance with the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases, FEU came up with a “provisional screening process” based on the students’ academic performance in Grades 11 and 12.
“The deliberation started sometime in April 2020 and from there all applicants who still wants to pursue their education in FEU were informed that we will have a different way on how to evaluate them for them to be eligible for admission in FEU,” Michelle Acomular, senior director Admissions and Financial Assistance, said.
The AFA introduced the Student Placement for Admission to College Education where students can proceed with their application by filling out forms and uploading their respective academic performances.
Acomular also mentioned that the university provides more consideration this year since some of the usual required documents are not easily accessible.
The university has started accepting applicants for FEU Manila and Makati campuses last October 2020 and will continue to accept applicants for school year 2021-2022 with consideration to the late opening of classes of the previous academic year.
