A graduate of BS International Hospitality Management with Specialization in Culinary Arts, Class of 2011, Chef Millena further honed her craft through the Alain Ducasse Formation programme, now known as École Ducasse Manila. Today, she serves as the Executive Chef of AURA SKYPOOL, the world’s highest 360° infinity pool and one of Dubai’s most celebrated dining destinations.
Her appointment marks another milestone in an already distinguished career. Prior to assuming her new role, Chef Millena was recognized among the Women in F&B 2025, an annual recognition celebrating the Middle East’s most influential female leaders in the hospitality and food and beverage industry. Known for her innovative culinary vision, collaborative leadership, and commitment to mentoring young professionals, she has earned respect across the region for both her creativity and people-first approach.
Chef Millena has also made history as Sunset Hospitality Group’s first female Executive Chef, leading the culinary direction of AURA SKYPOOL as the award-winning destination enters its next chapter.
