Who else is guilty of making the same old snacks and meals, or spending a bit too much money on delivery food?

Our excuses could range from not having enough time to watch 15-minute tutorials on YouTube, or not enough patience to read through 500-word recipe articles. Whatever the reason may be, we all know the feeling of wanting to try something new, but just not knowing how to fit “learning a recipe” and “cooking it” in our busy schedules.

This is especially relevant during this time of pandemic, when our whole worlds are crammed within the four walls of our homes. Suddenly, there’s even more chores to be done, more school requirements to accomplish and stress out over, and even less free time to pick up a new hobby or skill—like cooking.

However, if done correctly, it can also present the perfect opportunity to invest on some bonding moments with family, or just a few minutes of hands-on activity to reward yourself. That’s if you’re able to find the right tools and resources to help you out.

Thankfully, the Internet—home of everything you ever need to know—has provided us with the perfect hack to fit delicious meals into our hectic lives. On Twitter, there are several accounts dedicated to sharing less than 1-minute recipe videos, giving you all the important content you need in-between study breaks or online classes. Some videos that are more than a minute compile several short recipes in one video to give you even more meal ideas in just a small window of time.

Check out these accounts, and say goodbye to the same old (probably unhealthy) instant meals on your menu:
