No need to wait until Christmas to enjoy a dish of puto bumbong because Kuuma Kaakao Kaffe provides them all year round, along with other traditional Pinoy kakanin and merienda. With its hearty Pinoy menu, which can be enjoyed with a cup of their traditional hot chocolate, a visit to our indigenous cafe will bring back warm childhood memories. The idea of eating Japanese food when visiting Tagaytay is not something that comes to mind immediately, but this new cafe at Crosswinds will convince you otherwise. Whether you’re hankering for Japanese cuisine or simply longing for Japan, you’ll experience the same emotions at Cafe Yama. There are traditional lanterns and murals decorating the newly-opened spot; if you don’t want to dine at the main restaurant, you can opt for a more scenic view from one of their mini gazebos perched on the hillside. Make yourself comfortable and warm with a bowl of udon or ramen, which start at Php545.
