BTS, YOUTUBE FANFEST, AND OTHER ONLINE EVENTS WORTH STREAMING THIS OCTOBER

October is probably one of the most lucrative year for music and other live events, as most festivals and concerts are held around this year. But, without a clear timeline on when it’s safe to go out and do these events, many have opted to stage live concerts from home, to be streamed over the internet.

Concerts and live events are not going back anytime soon. With the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, it’s a known fact that there won’t be any of these events at all as we reach the remainder of 2020. October is probably one of the most lucrative year for music and other events, as most festivals and concerts are held around this year. But without a clear timeline on when it’s safe to go out and do these events, many have opted to stage live concerts from home and stream them over the internet.

Here’s to hoping your internet connection is stable enough to watch some of the best live streamed content happening this month:

BTS – MAP OF THE SOUL ON:E

BigHit announced earlier this year that because of BTS’ live concert cancellation, they’ve prepared something fans will enjoy online instead. For their upcoming concert on 10 October (Saturday) and 11 October (Sunday), the livestream includes six multi-view screens to provide a fuller experience for the concert.

The following day, an online exhibition will be available for viewing for one month until 13 November. The 3D virtual space program can only be viewed on the PC and requires goers to download a client program.

The first concert will take place at 6 PM PHT, while the second concert will be at 3 PM PHT. Tickets to the concerts and the exhibition are sold exclusively at the Weverse shop.

YouTube FanFest 2020

The much awaited annual event gathers all personalities, featuring mobile gaming streamers and content creators for this year’s YouTube FanFest 2020 happening on 11 October (Sunday). Like every year, they revealed the names of some of the YouTubers who will be joining millions of viewers on the day of YTFF.

The YouTube FanFest event will feature several personalities, including Ben&Ben, SB19, Mimiyuuuh, Namewee and many more.

Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, performances, collaborations, meet and greets are gonna be done online leading up to the event. You can read more information on YouTube FanFest and other announcements here.
