URATEX DREAM SET TO JOIN THE 3X3 INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONS CUP 2022

Uratex Dream, the two-time leg champion of the Women's National Basketball League (WNBL) 3×3, will banner the Philippines in the ASEAN Basketball League (ABL) 3x3 International Champions Cup 2022 Women's Division.

“We’re going International!” Uratex Philippines announced on their official Facebook account with the emojis of the Philippine flag and an airplane.

The squad is expected to be bannered by Kaye Pingol and Tina Deacon and completing the pool are Sam Harada and Eunique Chan coached by Kat Quimpo.

Uratex will chase its dream to get the crown by competing against  Team Lions of Singapore, Vietnam Red & Gold, Harimau Malaya of Malaysia, Jumpshot Singapore, Louvre Indonesia, Indonesia Elite, and Delhi 3BL.

The team is grouped in Pool A with Team Lions of Singapore, Vietnam Red & Gold, and  Louvre Indonesia and the rest is bracketed to Pool B.

The Filipinas will see action from April 16 to 17 in Bali, Indonesia with its first game on Saturday at 10:25 a.m. against Team Lions, followed by a 5:20 p.m. encounter against Vietnam Red and Gold. Then they will battle against Lourve Indonesia to round up the group stage.

The group’s top two teams will advance to the semifinals, with the winners advancing to the title game.
