KAI SOTTO PLAYS LIMITED MINUTES AS ADELAIDE SNAPS FOUR-GAME SKID

Coming off a career outing after pulling out 21 points in their 93-85 loss to the Brisbane Bullets on Monday, the Filipino wunderkind only saw limited action of 12 minutes of game time against the Wildcats, finishing with two points and three rebounds plus three turnovers.

Sunday Dech and Daniel Johnson led the 36ers with 23 points apiece, while bench spark plug Dusty Hannahs tallied 21 on an 8-of-19 clip in 25 minutes of action to improve to an 8-16 slate.

Adelaide quickly made work of Perth, blasting to a 14-run that turned a 16-12 lead to a 30-15 gap to end the first quarter.

The Sixers carried the momentum in the third canto, racking a 21-point separation to go 67-46, capped off by two Sunday Dech free throws at the 3:26 mark, and never looked back.

Perth only got as close as 12 points in the final frame off a meaningless Bryce Cotton jumper with 32 ticks left to set the final score.

Victor Law led Perth with 20 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 blocks, while Cotton was held to just 7 markers on a paltry 3-of-16 shooting that dropped them to a 15-10 record.

Adelaide looks to extend their win as they face Kings (17-7) at Qudos Bank Arena on Sunday.
