The President of the Pampanga State Agricultural University, Dr. Honorio M. Soriano, died on Monday, the Aurora State College of Technology announced on Facebook.

Soriano was confined in a hospital last month for Covid19 complications.

PSAU has yet to issue a statement on the death of its president.

ASCOT aired its condolences to the family of Soriano.

“The Aurora State College of Technology would like to express its sincerest condolences and sympathy to the bereaved family and to the PSAU community for the untimely passing of their University President, Dr. Honorio M. Soriano,” the school said on Facebook.

“His legacy as one of the most accomplished and hard-working educational leaders in the region and all SUCs in the country will forever be remembered,” it added.
