H2H ATTENDANCE CHECK SA DAVAO CITY; BAWAS-GRADO KUNG WALA SA BAHAY HABANG MAY KLASE

/ 29 October 2020

“All Department of Education schools class advisers must have a regular schedule of compliance checks of students and their performance tasks according to their modules. Checking must be unannounced and conducted at random times from Monday to Friday within the hours of 7AM to 4PM,” ayon sa EO 57.

“All students found to be missing inside their residences or not within three meters of their residences during school hours shall receive an equivalent grade reduction in their subjects,” nakasaad pa sa EO.

“All barangay tanods are required to take note of the date, time and names of all students who are more than three + meters away from residences from Monday to Friday within the hours of 7AM to 4PM and submit the list to the school principal/head for the requisite grade reduction,” dagdag pa nito.

“Mayor Sara issued this EO  in the context of Davao City. But there are other 10 school divisions in Davao Region. If this problem is not true to the other 10, then the mechanism of monitoring of students learning at home may not be that intensive. We encourage  occasional home visits to learners by their teachers observing the prescribed minimum health protocols by the local IATF and our DepEd policies,” dagdag pa niya.
