THE PHILIPPINE Statistics Authority made it easier for public school teachers and administrative staff in Dagupan to register for the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys).

The agency gave employees of 39 public schools in the city three days to finish their PhilSys Step 2 mobile registration.

The registration schedule was from June 30 to July 2.

Carla Joy Dela Cruz, Team 3 registration supervisor, said that mobile registration was for employees who cannot go to the registration center of their local government unit.

“We are conducting institutional or mobile registration to government agencies or private corporations to register their employees who have no time to go to the local government unit-based registration,” she said.

Staff and personnel of the Department of Education in the city were allowed to register even if they are not residents of Dagupan.
