CHED, 5 COLLEGES TO PRODUCE MODULES ON TAUSUG CULTURE
THE COMMISSION on Higher Education partnered with the Sulu State College and four other schools to create modules about Tausug culture and traditional practices.
The other schools are the Notre Dame of Jolo College, Southwestern Mindanao Islamic Institute, Sulu College of Technology, and Mindanao State University Sulu.
SSC said that the colleges underwent training to write and craft the modules.
“It is gratifying that all colleges have united for the purpose of creating an output that will benefit fellow Tausugs,” SSC said on Facebook.
It congratulated the institutions behind the project.
“Continue to take pride, educate the young generations, and preserve the rich and beautiful culture of the Tausug people,” SSC said.
