CAVITE SUSPENDS CLASSES FROM NOVEMBER 2 TO 5
CAVITE Governor Jonvic Remulla announced on Tuesday the cancellation of classes in public and private schools from November 2 to 5.
In a Facebook post, Remulla said the class suspension will give residents time to recuperate from the effects of Tropical Storm Paeng.
Let’s help each other recover first,” Remulla said.
Kawit, Cavite Mayor Angelo Aguinaldo also suspended classes in all levels in the town from Nov. 2-9.
On Monday, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. visited Noveleta, Cavite to conduct relief operations for the victims of ‘Paeng’.
The town, along with Kawit, endured heavy flooding following torrential rain unleashed by the storm.
