FIVE fourth-year students from Barangay 49-Bigaa in Legazpi City received a total of P100,000 in educational assistance under President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.’s Bawat Barangay Makikinabang Scholarship Program.

Each beneficiary received P20,000 to help defray their educational expenses, in line with the administration’s efforts to provide assistance to students in need.

The distribution was led by Barangay Captain Ricardo Arienda, together with members of the Barangay Council.

The beneficiaries underwent an evaluation process and submitted the required documents in accordance with the program’s guidelines.

Barangay 49-Bigaa expressed its gratitude to Marcos for the assistance program, which aims to help students pursue and complete their education.
