MAYOR Rex Gatchalian said that an Academic Center of Excellence in Valenzuela City will be constructed to help with the city’s education program.

The Valenzuela City Academic Center of Excellence or ValACE will house a public library, quiet public study rooms, teachers training center, headquarters of arts in the city program, investment program offices and a parent-teacher association office

It is a six-floor facility which features a modern glass design and will be located in Malinta, Valenzuela.

Gatchalian said the facility will be open to the public in 30 to 60 days.

The city is also set to unveil the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela School of Public Administration and Good Governance in December.
