TESDA DISTRIBUTES TOOL KITS TO TECH-VOC SCHOLARS

THE TECHNICAL Education and Skills Development Authority-National Capital Region distributed tool kits to individuals who finished technical and vocational programs in Makati and Quezon City.

A total of 249 graduates of 2019 Special Training for Employment Program from eight barangays in Quezon City who finished Bread Making and Hilot Wellness Massage received their tool kits and are ready to start their own business.

The graduates took their STEP training in TESDA Quezon City’s partner TVI -Quezon City Skills and Livelihood Foundation, Inc.

Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte reminded the scholars to make use of their skills to make a living. She encouraged them to share their experience with others, especially to those who are in need of skills training.

The TESDA Pasay-Makati District also distributed tool kits in Makati City.

The starter kits were given to 298 graduates from the 11 villages who completed their training with TESDA-NCR.
