VICE President-elect Sara Duterte-Carpio visited the wake of her supporter who reportedly committed suicide after being bullied.

University of Antique student leader Frederick Mark Bico Alba was a vocal supporter of the tandem of Duterte-Carpio and Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos Jr.

Alba allegedly committed suicide after he was cyberbullied by his peers because of his support for the tandem.

However, people close to Alba said his death was a result of other problems.

Duterte visited Alba’s wake on Wednesday in San Jose, Antique before she was proclaimed vice president by the National Board of Canvassing at the House of Representatives.

Sen. Loren Legarda, Governor Rhodora Cadiao, San Jose Mayor Elmer Untaran, and UA President Pablo S. Crespo also visited Alba’s wake.
