THE PROFESSIONAL Regulation Commission rescheduled the licensure examination for teachers.

The commission said the exams will be held on March 19, 2023 instead of March 26, 2023.

The deadline for the filing of applications for the March 2023 LEPT is February 6, 2023.

Section 7 of Republic Act 8981 or the PRC Modernization Act of 2000 empowers the PRC to administer and conduct the licensure examinations of the various regulatory boards in accordance with the rules and regulations it may promulgate – to determine and fix the places and dates of exams.

The commission advised examinees to check its website and official social media accounts for updates regarding the LEPT.
