The Professional Regulation Commission has cancelled the licensure examination for architects scheduled this month in the National Capital Region.

PRC Resolution No. 1408 cancelled the exams scheduled on August 27 and 29.

The commission said the decision was made pursuant to the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases resolution placing the National Capital Region under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine.

However, the licensure examination set for August 27 and 29, 2021 in Baguio, Cebu, Koronadal, Iloilo, Legaspi, Lucena, Pampanga, Tacloban, and Zamboanga will proceed as scheduled.

Affected examinees in NCR may take the next succeeding licensure examination without forfeiture of their fees.
