PASIG POLICE GRANT WISHES OF 5 CHILDREN

/ 19 November 2021

THE PASIG City police granted the wishes of five children in Nagpayong, Barangay Pinagbuhatan.

“Through this endeavor, the desire of their hearts are given a chance to be fulfilled, even in a simple gifts, we can at least give joy and hope to them, knowing that they are never forgotten and disregarded,” said Arugay.

“We will be doing this every week. For now, we fulfilled 5 wishes, hopefully in the following weeks we can fulfill at least 10 wishes every week,” he added.

A brainchild of Pasig police chief P/Col. Roman Arugay, the project is a gift-giving endeavor that aims to bring joy and love to less-privileged children in the city.

Just recently, the Pasig police also conducted a “kumustahan” and house visitation to the three adopt-a-learner students of the station.

The adopt-a-learner program aims to help students pursue their dreams by giving them educational support, nutritious meals, school and other supplies.
