NTF-ELCAC, PARLADE PINANANAGOT SA RED-TAGGING SA 38 KOLEHIYO AT UNIBERSIDAD

/ 9 February 2021

Tomas, Far Eastern University, Polytechnic University of the Philippines, University of the East, Ateneo de Manila, University of Makati, University of Caloocan City, Bulacan State University, Arellano University, at marami pang ibang kolehiyo at unibersidad.

Bukod sa mga pahayag ng ilang educational institutions, naglabas din ng statement ang Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines laban sa red-tagging.

“Instead of red-tagging educational institutions, which endangers the security and welfare of teachers and students, we encourage the government to address the roots of the problem of insurgency, like poverty and marginalization,” pahayag ng CEAP.

“It is imperative that the members of the House of Representatives, as representatives of the Filipino people, uphold and protect academic freedom of educational institutions,” dagdag pa ni Elago.
