ALMOST all public schools nationwide have conducted full face-to-face classes, the Department of Education said.

“We are still in the latest issuance that for public schools, five-day in-person classes will be mandatory and that is already being implemented,”  said.

“In fact, the latest numbers show that 99.54 percent of our public schools are already implementing the five-day in-person classes,” he added.

All public schools that provide basic education have been ordered to resume full face-to-face person classes as of November 2, 2022.

Poa said that some schools located in areas hit by calamities have been unable to hold full physical classes because it is not safe for learners to go back to schools.
