MCDONALD’S Philippines has converted its function rooms into working spaces to accommodate teachers amid the implementation of distance learning this school year.

“Welcome to your distance learning classroom, teachers! Binago namin ang aming party rooms to give you a sanitized and quiet working space kung saan pwede ninyong gawin ang inyong distance learning lessons,” the fast-food giant said online.

The fast-food restaurant also said that it would provide free coffee and internet connectivity in addition to its working spaces dubbed as ‘McClassrooms’.

“It’s complete with free McCafé coffee pa! In our branches with WiFi, bibigyan din namin kayo ng free WiFi access,” it added.

To use the McClassrooms, teachers must visit participating stores and register for a slot from October 5 to 9.
