THE MANILA City government announced that students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 enrolled in public schools across the city will once again receive free school supplies for School Year 2026–2027.

The assistance package includes notebooks, notepads, school uniforms, and jackets, all of which will be provided by the city government.

City officials said the initiative aims to help ease the financial burden on parents as classes resume while ensuring that students are equipped with the basic necessities for the new school year.

The city government also reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the education of Manila’s youth by providing resources that will help them pursue their studies and achieve their aspirations.

“Inaasahan po natin na makatutulong ito upang maibsan ang gastusin ng mga magulang sa pagbubukas ng klase at matiyak na handa ang bawat estudyante sa kanilang pagbabalik-eskwela,” the city government said.

Officials added that the program is part of the city’s continuing efforts to invest in the future of Manila’s students and promote access to quality education.
