AS PART of its Wash in Schools Plus Project, the Rotary Club of Makati Olympia has donated a water fountain to an elementary school in Mandaluyong City to provide safe drinking water to its students.

RCMO Service Project Chairman Ju Abdulcadir formally turned over the donation to Doña Pilar G. Gonzaga Elementary School Principal Elizabeth Catibog during a ribbon cutting ceremony.

The two also signed a Deed of Donation and Deed of Acceptance as well as a Memorandum of Agreement during the event.

Also present were DPCGES learners, School WinS Coordinator Fatima Claro, Science Coordinator Sarah Jane Pelos, Brigada Eskwela Coordinator Canary Viernes, and School Property Custodian Herbert Cruz.

The water fountain will provide students and teachers with potable water 24/7.

DPCGES thanked Rotary for the donation that will benefit learners.
