THE LEAGUE of Filipino Students disowned a Facebook page claiming to be its Mendiola chapter.

The group said that it does not own the page.

“A fake Facebook page has been imitating LFS Mendiola and posting state propaganda,” it said on Facebook.

The group appealed to the public to report the fake page as it is being used to deceive Filipinos.

“The League condemns the state’s desperate efforts to mislead and deceive the Filipino people!” it added.

The “fake” LFS account also shared “fake” websites of Anakbayan and Kilusang Mayo Uno, the group said.
