GROUP LEADS PARADE ON CHILDREN’S MONTH

/ 25 November 2022

TO MARK Children’s and Environment Awareness month, Ban Toxics, an environmental group, joined teachers and students of Dr. Yanga’s Colleges, Inc. in a parade in Bocaue, Bulacan to promote children’s rights.

A series of lectures on children’s rights and harmful chemicals followed the parade.

Parents were informed of the resources and toys that their kids utilize, especially at school.

“Every child has the right to the best possible health. Governments must provide good quality health care, clean water, nutritious food, clean environment, and proper education on health and well-being so that our children can stay healthy,” Ban Toxics said.

“Providing them with a safe and healthy environment for their future is their right and our shared responsibility,” it added.
