“As one of the commissioners of the EDCOM2, this is one of the issues that we are currently looking into and ensure that free tertiary education is accessible mostly to the poor,” pahayag ni Villanueva.

“One of our findings in the EDCOM is to make free education more targeted by giving grant-in-aid for children of poor households. The government must give priority to students who are in need of government aid than those who can afford it,” paliwanag ng mambabatas.
