THE CARLOS Hilado Memorial State College signed agreements with the Northern Negros State College of Science and Technology and Central Philippines State University to improve their academic standing.

The school signed a memorandum of understanding on academic collaboration.

The MOU aims to fortify the Instruction, research and application, instructional materials production, and technical expertise training of the three institutions.

Officials from the three schools met on Thursday at the CHMSC Talisay campus.

Representing CHMSC was its President Norberto P. Mangulabnan, for NONESCOST President Renante A. Egcas, and President Aladino S. Moraca for CPSU.
