THE COMMISSION on Higher Education announced the opening of the application process for the Fulbright Advanced Research and University Lecturing awards for Academic Year 2023-2024.

CHED Chairman Prospero De Vera III said that the scholarship, also known as Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program, allows researchers and professors to implement their own research projects at American universities, non-profit research institutes and some government institutions.

The grant, which is for three to five months, covers allowances for international travel, tuition, stipend, books, professional activities and health insurance.

Applicants must accomplish the online application form and provide the necessary documents through https://apply.iie.org/fvsp2023.

The deadline for the processing of requirements is on November 15, 2022.
