CEU NAMED AS SOLE TOP PERFORMING SCHOOL IN OPTOMETRIST LICENSURE EXAM

ONLY four of the 117 graduates of the Centro Escolar University who took the Optometrist Licensure Examination given this month did not pass.

This feat made CEU the top performing school in the exam given by the Professional Regulation Commission.

The university got a 96.58 passing rate.

The PRC said that 206 out of 234 examinees passed the exam given by the Board of Optometry in Manila.

Among the successful examinees who garnered the 10 highest places are Louie Orpiada Mallaria – CEU (88.19); Maraya Myka Vista Acebedo – CEU (88.18); Patricia Mae Tan Magboo – CEU (87.75);
Jesusa Maria Ronquillo Arcega – CEU (87.36);
Maria Liana Jean Bondoc Deang – CEU (87.12);
Aram Joie Lara Paralejas – CEU (87.04);
Marie Lee Salarda Gatumbato – Manila Central University (86.94); Aldwin Suba Lanorio – MCU (86.86); Joyce Anjanette Reyes Ramos – CEU (86.79); Camelle Villeza Villa – CEU (86.79);
and Jan Remle Cacatian Penales – Mindanao Medical Foundation College (86.45).

PRC said that from March 14 to 18, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card and Certificate of Registration will be done online.
