CBCP BACKS RESUMPTION OF F2F CLASSES

/ 10 June 2022

THE CATHOLIC Bishops’ Conference of the Philippine’ Episcopal Commission on Catechesis and Catholic Education backed the resumption of face-to-face classes.

“We fully support the plan of DepEd for the resumption of face-to-face classes for the school year 2022-2023. All concerned sectors have been waiting for this,” Bayombong Bishop Elmer Mangalinao, chairman of the CBCP-ECCCE, said.

The church leader encouraged school administrators to aggressively implement the health measures to protect teachers, students and other school personnel from Covid19 virus.

Mangalinao urged parents and guardians to work together and have their children vaccinated against the virus.

“It is important for parents to have their children vaccinated as a protection against Covid19,” he said.
