12 SCHOOLS IN MAKATI RESUME F2F CLASSES
TWELVE schools in Makati City have resumed face-to-face classes, Makati Mayor Abby Binay said.
These schools are the Maximo Estrella Elementary School, Jose Magsaysay Elementary School, San Isidro National High School, Guadalupe Viejo Elementary School, West Rembo Elementary School, Makati High School, Gen. Pio del Pilar National High School, F. Benitez Elementary School III, Fort Bonifacio High School, Hen. Pio del Pilar Elementary Main, Pitogo High School and Comembo Elementary School.
The city supplied school materials to nearly 87,000 learners from pre-kindergarten to senior high school.
Among the supplies given to students are school uniforms that according to Binay were inspired by Japanese schoolchildren’s clothes, which are noted for their clean lines and comfort.
The mayor said that the city government also distributed backpacks to 13,100 students in Grades 1 to 4.
Meanwhile, schools were provided temperature sensors, alcohol dispensers, foot baths, UV lights and air filters.
