PRESIDENTIAL aspirant Ka Leody de Guzman believes that the public’s stubbornness is not to blame for the spike in Covid19 cases after the holidays.

De Guzman said that it is the government that had shortcomings in mitigating the spread of the virus.

The DOH reported 4,084 new cases of the virus on Monday, bringing the total cases to 2,855,819.

Of this number, 24,992 are active cases.
