VSU PRESIDENT SWORN IN AS CHAIRMAN OF AACCUP
THE PRESIDENT of the Visayas State University, Dr. Edgardo Tulin, was sworn in as president and chairman of the Accrediting Agency for Chartered Colleges and Universities of the Philippines on Tuesday, July 13.
Tulin replaced Dr. Myrna Q. Mallari, the 5th president of the Tarlac State University whose term ended in March this year.
