UPCAT PARA SA AY 2022-2023 SUSPENDIDO

/ 8 December 2021

“Immense logistical challenge of administering UPCAT in the UP campuses and 95 testing centers throughout the archipelago while the trajectory of the pandemic remains uncertain,” ayon sa pahayag ng UP.

“In light of this decision, the Admissions Scoring Model, which the Office of Admissions’ data scientists developed and refined by ‘a working group of experts designated by their respective CUs’ and that ‘the University Councils overwhelmingly approved in 2020, will continue to be used with some fine-tuning in the preprocessing and transmutation of grades that enter the model,” nakasaad pa sa memo.

Para sa AY 2022-2023, gagamitin ang modelo ng admission na ginamit ng UP Office of Admissions para sa first-year student intake noong AY 2021-2022.
