UNIVERSITY OF MAKATI STARTS F2F CLASSES

/ 18 May 2022

THE UNIVERSITY of Makati has started holding limited face-to-face classes in its Senior High School and college programs.

UMak said that those with laboratory classes will have to attend physical classes in selected colleges.

Physical education and computer subjects will also be taught face-to-face.

The university in a video unveiled its facilities for the “new normal” standards of learning.

The Commission on Higher Education said that schools opting to hold physical classes must have a high vaccination rate, retrofitted facilities and approval from the concerned government agencies.

The Inter-Agency Task Force Against Covid19 allows schools under Alert Levels 1, 2, and 3 to hold in-person classes.

Meanwhile, UMak rescheduled its college admission examination because of the elections.
