TSU, PUP PARTNER TO BOOST RESEARCH IN LANGUAGE & CULTURE
THE Tarlac State University and the Polytechnic University of the Philippines partnered to promote academic and cultural research, as well as development programs.
A memorandum of understanding was signed by TSU President Dr. Arnold E. Velasco and PUP President Dr. Manuel M. Muhi.
TSU and PUP’s English Language Studies department will collaborate on research in translation, literature, and cultural studies.
Through academic exchanges, seminars, and capability-building programs, the partnership aims to benefit students, faculty, and stakeholders.
Both universities also committed to pooling resources to advance their academic departments and contribute to local and international discourse in language, culture, and the arts.
TSU College of Arts and Social Sciences Dr. Aloysius T. Madriaga and Dr. Joseph Reylan B. Viray emphasized the importance of collaboration “for creating impactful research and supporting sustainable development projects.”
