SMART DONATES PRINTER SET TO ZAMBOANGA CITY STATE POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE

THE ZAMBOANGA City State Polytechnic College teamed up with Smart Communications on the production of learning materials.

The telecommunications company donated a printer set to the school to be used by teachers in the printing of modules for students enrolled in distance learning.

“The donated equipment will expedite the teachers’ production of modules and learning materials to benefit thousands of students enrolled in distance learning,” the company said on Facebook.

Roy Velasco, director of the Office of Student, thanked the company for its donation.

“We are really grateful that Smart chose us as their partner. We really need these services to continue to provide quality education for our students amid the pandemic,” Velasco said.

“We thank Smart for introducing a communication tool that is vital in keeping us connected to our students and colleagues,” he added.

The school also received 250 PLDT Home WiFi devices to be distributed to teachers and staff.
