THE ROMBLON  State University imposed a university-wide quarantine following a spike in Covid19 cases among its faculty members.

The mandatory quarantine started on June 25 to July 9, 2021.

The school said employees who contracted the virus will be given support by the university.

RSU President Merlin Catajay-Mani advised  employees to contact the university if they need anything.

“For our co-workers who have been infected and are on their way to recovery, the administration will never abandon you. We will serve and provide you every single need,” she said.

“Please do not hesitate to inform us any time of the day. We are at your side,” she added.

On Wednesday, Romblon logged 186 new cases of Covid19.
