THE Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines Inc. granted the Polytechnic University of the Philippines Level III Institutional Accreditation during the 36th AACCUP Annual National Conference.

PUP also bagged two awards in the program accreditation category —Top 2 in the Level IV Re-Accreditation and Top 4 in the Level II Re-Accreditation.

“The program accreditation awards were given to the highest number of programs accredited in the respective areas,” the university said.

“The University placed second for its twelve (12) Level IV Re-Accredited while Top 4 for its twenty-six (26) Level II Re-Accredited programs in 2022,” it added.

AACCUP visited PUP in September 2022 for the Institutional Accreditation Survey.

Meanwhile, PUP President Dr. Manuel Muhi was also elected as a member of the AACCUP Board of Trustees during the conference.
