STUDENTS from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines aired their disappointment on how the 2022 Year-End Conferment of Degrees online ceremony on Friday turned out.

The graduates said that PUP did not show the list of graduates in the video and only showed the batch valedictorian, guest of honor and school officials.

Students added that they expected to see their names during the virtual ceremony like what other universities do.

“Nag-leave ako today sa work tapos [wala] man lang exposure [yung] names ng graduates or kahit pictures?” one student said.

“Stop glorifying resiliency, lagi na lang ba kaming magtitiis, bare minimum PUP grabe!” another added.

PUP will hold physical conferment of degrees which will be scheduled per college starting in October.
