THE PAMANTASAN ng Lungsod ng Maynila has emerged as the top-performing school in the July 2026 Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examination, posting an impressive 98.08 percent passing rate after 51 out of its 52 examinees successfully passed the licensure test.

Adding to the university’s achievement, 10 PLM graduates also secured spots in the list of topnotchers, further underscoring the institution’s reputation for academic excellence.

The outstanding performance earned praise from Manila officials, who expressed pride in the accomplishments of the city’s premier university.

“PLM is not only the Top 1 Performing School in the July 2026 Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examination—10 of the examination’s topnotchers also came from our university,” the statement said.

The city also congratulated all newly licensed Real Estate Appraisers, the topnotchers, and the entire PLM community for their remarkable achievement.

Officials encouraged the graduates to continue upholding the honor and excellence of Manila wherever their professional careers may take them.
