THE PAMANTASAN ng Lungsod ng Maynila College of Physical Therapy is spearheading a fund-raising drive to be used in purchasing mobile wifi for underprivileged students in this time of the Covid19 pandemic.

A total of P14,486.50 has been raised so far by the department, which hopes to receive more financial support for the needy students.

“Kaakibat ng palapit nang palapit na pagsisimula ng klase sa Pamantasan, kami po ay patuloy pa rin na kumakatok sa inyo upang tulungan ang aming mag-aaral na hindi nagkaroon ng pribilehiyong magkaroon ng sariling WiFi,” the college said on its Facebook page

The group also thanked its partner organizations, among them Bituin PH, SiyensiyaPH, Kumayap, An Education Drive, PLM College of Law Student Council, Junior Financial Executives – PLM Chapter, PLM Society for Biological Sciences, PLM Business School Student Council, The PLM Red Cross Youth Council, Ang Pamantasan, PLM Propaganda, NUS Philippines, UP Film Circle, and Earth Shaker, all of which helped in soliciting help from willing donors

Classes at PLM will start on October 5 using flexible learning.
